Where to Start

General Dynamics strives to develop strong alliances with small and large businesses that help us supply reliable, high-quality products and services to our customers. We are actively developing alliances with businesses committed to delivering quality services and developing new opportunities, including historically black colleges and universities and minority institutions (HBCU/MI) and AbilityOne companies.

To get started, please enroll on the General Dynamics Enterprise Supplier Management Portal.

As part of your registration on the portal, please include literature on your products and services and any business certifications (i.e., small, women-owned, disadvantaged, etc.) from an agency such as the U.S. Small Business Administration or a local purchasing council. This information will help our buying personnel and end users understand your business offerings.

Your supplier registration will be accessible to employees across General Dynamics. When someone is interested in your products, you will be contacted by buyers directly or you may receive a Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Quotation (RFQ). Your information will remain in our database even if we do not have immediate needs for your products and services.

General Dynamics is committed to the principles and the spirit of the provisions of Public Law 95-507and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19, which establish requirements for participating in federal contracting opportunities by:

  • Small business (SB) concerns
  • Small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals
  • Small business concerns owned and controlled by women (WOSB)
  • SBA-certified Historically under-utilized business zones (HUBZone) companies
